Shopping for Gluten Free food has gotten much easier.  Local grocery and health food stores carry more and more Gluten and Casein free items.  However, we still have some favorites that we order over the web.

Websites:

  • Gluten Free Delivers Gluten Free food products at great savings delivered right to your door, nationwide!
  •  Sign Up for Gluten-Free Saver to Get 37-80% Off Gluten-Free Products!  Looking for the equivalent of Groupon for the Gluten Free Shopper?  Here it is!  Gluten-Free Saver is a group buying site that’s customized for the Gluten Free diet.  They partner with trusted businesses to offer exclusive, limited-time promotions on a variety of gluten free products and services.  It is free to sign up and you will get notified of weekly deals by email.
  • Gluten Free on Amazon Honestly if you cannot find it in your local grocery store, then Amazon is one of the best places to buy GF food. Some items only come in bulk, but just store the extra food.  You will save money this way and it all gets eaten in the long run. Plus, I like to keep extra stashes of food on hand in case of an emergency.  Click the link below for our recommendations.
Find these products at
Gluten Free Mom's Amazon Store.

There is a new GF store in Burien. Start Fresh, 816 SW 152nd St, Burien, WA 98166, 206-420-7383. Groceries, wines, ciders, soon to be a bakery and deli! I salivate everytime I walk in the door!

I am new to GF diet and I don't know anything about it. I have printed off your material to read when I am on break at work. I need to know also what kind of supplements should I be taking. I have orders Bentonile and Psyllium Husk to detox but I am not sure what else I should be doing. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am confused about beans. Are there gluten free beans? (black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, navy beans, etc.)
