Gluten Free Hummus

Ingredients:

• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
• 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/3 cup tahini ( located in the Asian part of the grocery store or with the peanut butters.  Joyva is GF.)
• 5 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• a dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:

Mince the garlic in a food processor.  Add the other ingredients and process until you reach a coarse puree.  Add more olive oil to make it thinner if you like.   Serve chilled with chips or sugar snap peas.
