Artichoke Dip

This dip is always a winner!  Easy to make and everyone loves it.

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1  minced garlic clove
  • 3 T diced jalapenos
  • optional ingredients:  1 small box of frozen spinach that has been warmed in the microwave and drained
  • something crunchy to sprinkle on top - you can use gluten free bread crumbs, Lays potato chips, some crumbled Plentils by Enjoy Life Foods. Anything that will work as a crunchy topping.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix everything together in an 8 x 8 dish. Add the topping of your choice and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
